Privacy programs for growing businesses
Trust You
Can Prove.
Customers buy from businesses that handle their data with care and can show it. We turn scattered privacy work into one program your team runs and your customers can see.

Nobody has ever gotten out of bed excited about compliance.
Say the word out loud. It sounds like paperwork. It sounds like conformity for its own sake: following a rule because someone with a clipboard says so. No wonder nobody's jazzed about it. I'm not either.
Strip the word away and here's what's underneath: doing right by the people whose data you hold, while keeping your regulators, your investors and your board satisfied too. That's not conformity. That's integrity. And acting with integrity, done well, looks nothing like a checklist.
I don't sell compliance. I work with you on the actions that prove you're trustworthy. There's a difference and it shows up on the bottom line.
Compliance → Trust, proven
Same regulators. Same customers. Same stakeholders. A different way of showing up for all of them.

Which path are you on?
Two paths. One is the Green Line.
Small gaps grow. The sooner you close them, the less they cost.
Most businesses sit between the two, in the amber: rising toward the Green Line or falling toward the Red.
The 5-Minute Proof Test places your business on the Trust Map. Twelve question show how much customers trust you, how much you can prove and which path you are on.

How do you get onto the Green Line?
Most business talk about trust. Three moves let you prove it.
Show It
Is privacy part of how you compete, or a cost you carry?
Build privacy into strategy, products, and board decisions, so customers value it more than anything a competitor offers.
Run it
Can you see your data and systems today, or only after something breaks?
Know where data lives, who touches it, and what happens when something goes wrong, with the proof on hand.
Earn it
Do customers trust you more than anyone else they could buy from?
Design the small moments: how you ask for information, answer a request and announce a change. Each one should earn trust, not pilfer it away.
This is the reThink Trust Method, created by Nalini Kaplan. The Proof Test asks four questions about each move.
The framework behind the method
One privacy program, not one per state.
23 US states have passed comprehensive privacy laws, and states keep adding rules for AI (IAPP US State Privacy Legislation Tracker, as of September 2026). Each law has its own thresholds, rights, and deadlines. Building a separate compliance effort for each one wastes money and still leaves gaps.
DataProtection DynamiX (DPDx) takes a different path. It builds privacy and security in by design, around the requirements most state laws share. You run one program, then add the few practices a specific state, your industry, or your own standards call for.
Nalini Kaplan created DPDx. We build every program on it, whatever tools you use.
